No Prep Small Tire Action!
In this video we have coverage of the outlaw armageddon no prep event held at thunder valley raceway in noble, oklahoma. At this no prep event it is considered to be the biggest one out of all them for the exception of no prep kings at the time. The event draws the fastest of the fast in no prep and winning this event really puts people on the map. We covered the small tire class in which they were a lot of fast cars and trucks out there competing for big money and bragging rights of winning the event. No prep huh lol why do they have people at the burn out box spraying traction compound down on the tracks staging area to make the rear tires grab more ? We used to use bleach way back in the day to do the same thing before traction compounds were developed & would clean the rear tires off after a burn out to make sure that the rear tire contact was clean so the car would hook hard if the rear suspension was properly adjusted for track temps and often changed during the day because of weather and track conditions .
